I was a little concerned at first when we first started I was like whew... ummmmm maybe I'm just really out of shape and didnt train as well as I thought I had. But I realized that I wasn't doing minutes like I do and I just relaxed and didnt worry about keeping up with the pack or anything I just ran and had a good workout. I wish I wouldnt have started out so fast and I would have been able to do the 5, but oh well. I felt good today nice to have some company. Off to Camp!
